Biography

Dr. Abdennour Abbas is a Professor of nanotechnology at the University of Minnesota where he directs the Bionanotechnology Laboratory. He published over 50 publications and 20 patents. He is also the founder and CEO/CTO of two technology companies Claros Technologies Inc., an advanced materials company in 2018, Frontline Biotechnologies d.b.a. PureBioX, a biotech and AI company in 2020, and the North African Academy in 2023, which is a US-based non profit establishing cost-free educational institutions in Africa to promote AI and robotics education.
