What drives you to be a BBE Ambassador? Being in BBE has been a very positive part of my college experience, which I enjoy sharing with prospective students while also hearing what they are interested in and helping them figure out what they want to do.
What are your long-term career goals? I hope to make a positive impact on the environment by doing cutting edge research focused on sustainability and/or renewable energy.
What is your favorite thing about our department? The welcoming community that allows students to thrive as well as the passion the faculty have to teach the students and help them be successful. I also love the diversity of interesting subject matter taught in the courses that gives you a better understanding of the world.
What are your additional extracurricular activities, hobbies, and/or interests? I love being outdoors and doing activities like hiking, biking, running, canoeing, and camping. I am also a member of the Quidditch, Philosophy and Meditation clubs here at the U.
What is a fun fact about you? I studied abroad during the spring semester of 2016 in Madrid, Spain. I had an incredible experience taking arts/humanities and engineering courses while also immersing myself in the Spanish culture.
