What drives you to be a BBE Ambassador? To show others that sustainability, engineering, and science are possible! I want to spread awareness that protecting the environment can come in different forms, and if you want to be an engineer, this is a great place to be!
What are your long-term career goals? To make an impact in whatever field I choose related to sustainability and renewable resources. I want to really connect and work with others to understand this Earth better in order to solve environmental and resource problems. But most importantly, I want to love what I am doing.
What is your favorite thing about our department? The welcoming environment and the camaraderie with my classmates. I also like how there are many opportunities to be involved in the department.
What are your additional extracurricular activities, hobbies, and/or interests: President of the Sustainable Systems Management Club and do undergraduate student research. I'm learning how to play cricket. I like to paint, explore different genres of music, and explore new places. If money and time were infinite, I would be travelling all over the world!
What is a fun fact about you? I get very uncomfortable when talking about spines, for no particular reason at all. And yes, I was a little uncomfortable writing this.
